Omo river and its people

The legendary Omo river is the cradle of an amazing variety of cultures and lifestyles. Dassanech, Nyangatoum, Muguji, Karo are just some of the tribes who are living thanks to the richness of the water that calmly flows towards Kenya. Remote areas where few explorers reached until 30 years ago, are now accessible to tourists and also rich in wildlife. Using a boat to reach the most remote villages is an interesting possibility to escape the usual and busy spots.
